Mr. Stanton has extensive trial experience in the federal and state courts of Texas. The emphasis of his practice is in fields of insurance defense, transportation litigation, asbestos and toxic tort defense, cellular phone litigation, labor and employment, construction, premises liability and products liability. He has first chair jury trial experience in cases involving personal injury, property damage, transportation, asbestos and toxic tort, product liability, insurance bad faith, racial discrimination, unlawful discharge and securities fraud. He has tried over 100 cases to a jury verdict in the state and federal courts throughout Texas.
